LAYBY vs LAYBUY

We don’t offer layby in the traditional sense, but we do offer LAYBUY.  Laybuy is a payment service that lets you receive your purchase now and spread the total cost over 6 weekly automatic payments interest free. You do need to set up an account with Laybuy, just visit the Laybuy website to set an account up and read the full terms and conditions. To make a purchase with Laybuy, select Pay by Laybuy at the checkout.
 

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS

Products which have been customised for you and are specifically ordered for you aren’t  able to be cancelled or returned if you decide you don’t want it or don’t like it.
 

RETURNS

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help. We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.  We reserve the right to offer you a store credit or a replacement product. You can also return the product to us for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • discounted items are final and can’t be returned or exchanged

  • Items which have been customised aren’t able to be returned or exchanged because you may have changed your mind

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

PRICING OR WEBSITE ERROR

Avelle reserves the right to let our customers know if an item has been priced incorrectly  and the item is more expensive than advertised. Avelle doesn’t have to sell the item at the advertised price in the event there has been a genuine error made. This complies with the Fair Trading Act 1986. It’s an act that protects you, the consumer against being misled or unfairly treated by retailers and it also protects retailers when genuine error occur with pricing.

WARRANTY

We offer a warranty period of ten (10) years for all our soft seating. This covers the Dunlop Elephant foam used in the seats and the webbing in them too.  Fabric is excluded from our ten year warranty as it is subject to the warranty provided by the fabric supplier. We can tell you what that is when you are selecting fabrics with us. The 10 year warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear or damage as a result of misuse, abuse or accident. Nor does it cover damage caused by natural disasters.
